Currently collaborating with fashion designer & project runway finalist Hester Sunshine as an Assistant Designer, while creating community engagement through hosting Plus-Size, LGBTQIA2+, and disability focused fashion events, Bianca’s scope for creativity remains boundless. specializing in Animation and Toonboom certified in Storyboarding, also creating Character Designs & graphics, along with a slew of personal projects, Bianca's artistic experience spans beyond the length of a typical resume. Being a visual storyteller since her youth, she isn't afraid to go out of her comfort zone for projects, often wearing multiple hats while having the flexibility to learn on-the-go if necessary.
With 5+ years working in Animation, a BFA in 2D Animation from Pratt Institute in NYC, and an AFA in Fine Arts from Housatonic Community College in CT, Bianca is highly skilled in Adobe - After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Animate/Flash, Illustrator, and InDesign, Toonboom - Harmony and Storyboard Pro, and Procreate. Her 13+ years in Retail, Sales, and Customer Service, as well as 2 years in Marketing, are proof of her excellent communication, team leading & building, and client retention abilities. She performs well under pressure and on tight deadlines, comfortable in hybrid or remote environments, and is familiar with most data-sharing software - DropBox, Egnyte, EVO, Microsoft Teams/Office, Slack, Discord and more.
She is a member of both Women In Animation and LatinX in Animation because remaining active in her community is an important aspect of her personal life, most often seen posting work on Instagram, YouTube, Tumblr, and formerly DeviantArt (account abandonment at 40k views).
She is collaborating with writer larissa Irankunda on developing a personal short film titled “Mosquitoes” which is about catcalling in NYC and the mental health affects it has on the women who experience it.
